Notice at Collection: Retention Periods
Where you are a customer, we will keep your personal information for the length of any contractual relationship you have with us and after that for a period of 7 years in line with general documented information requirements.
Where you are a prospective customer and you have expressly consented to us contacting you for marketing purposes, we will only retain your personal information: (i) until you unsubscribe from our communications; or, if you have not unsubscribed, (ii) while you interact with us and our content; or (iii) for 24 months from when you last interacted with us or our content. After 24 months, we will request renewal of your consent.
We will retain your personal information for a short time beyond the specified retention period, to allow for information to be reviewed and any deletion to take place. Additional Information About How We May Disclose Personal Information and Purposes for Disclosures

Exercising Your Rights and How We Will Respond

For such requests, we will first acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days of receipt of your request. We will then provide a substantive response to your request as soon as we can, generally within 45 days from when we receive your request, although we may be allowed to take longer to process your request in certain jurisdictions or under certain circumstances. If we expect your request is going to take us longer than normal to fulfill, we will let you know.

We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information in certain situations.
