Cages with wire bar lids require a liner to protect the Sipper Sack from being chewed by animals. This drop-in-tray liner is made from stainless steel. It is designed to fit in Thoren mouse and rat cages.
IMPORTANT: When drinking valve is installed in the liner and cage, ideal height from tip of valve stem to floor of cage is 2 to 2.25 inches (for mice) if bedding depth does not exceed 1/4 inch.
